Q : Why is the art priced so competitively?
A : This is the most frequently asked question. A large percentage of the cost of original artwork is in the artist commission costs, advertising, the gallery overhead and margin. You are buying an original artwork that excludes these costs, but it costs us the same to make as any other artwork made by a reputed artist. If you want a painting that is original, stylish, and makes an impact in your interior, why pay for costs that don't add to your satisfaction?
Q : How many paintings from the limited edition gallery are created using one design?
A : We regularly update our gallery and guarantee that no more than 50 versions of any one design will be created. But as we replicate gallery designs by hand no two artworks are exactly the same as each piece will have it’s unique traits and textured effects from original brushstokes and painterly effects.
Q: Do you deliver Australia wide?
A: Yes, please ask for your quote. All prices will be quoted door to door unless specified.
Q : Do you supply Cash on Delivery ?
A : Yes, however currently this is only possible for Melbourne metropolitan areas. Please see how to order for more details.
Q : Assuming I buy an Artwork and the product is damaged?
A : We will provide a full refund. The procedure is that a photograph be sent to us, within 24 hours of our receipt, we will make arrangements to collect it and pay you on collection.
Q : Can we visit a store in our area?
A : Sorry we have no stores. We do occaisionally exhibit at various markets, register to stay informed. Our gallery is available online for your inspection.
Q : If I want to inspect a painting prior to purchase?
A : Part of our process is to send high resolution digital photographs for closer inspection via e-mail for approval prior to purchase.
Q : If I wish to have a customised design can you paint it?
A : Yes, creating custom art is one of our specialties, read more in custom art.
Q : How long would you take to create an artwork that I want?
A : For an existing artwork from our gallery we can have a digital photograph sent for approval within 14 days. Custom artworks will be ready to view within 28 days.
Q : Can I pick up the painting myself?
A : Yes, please let us know during the order process.
Q : Do you create any other artwork other than paintings?
A : Yes we hope to introduce further home decoration products in 2006, please register to stay informed.
Q : Can I get a frame for my artwork?
A : Yes, please let us know when you order and we will discuss options. However as we use a 3 inch thick artist canvas painted on the sides, the frameless artwork appears complete and modern.
Q : Is there a Money Back Guarantee ?
A : All product is sold with a money back guarantee. Transport costs (one way) are borne by the buyer. If an artwork sold by us is defective, we reserve the right to replace the item or offer you a full refund.
